Where We Ship
Currently we ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. To check if your pin code is covered, enter it at checkout — unserviceable pin codes will be flagged before payment.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
Free on all orders. No minimum order value required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on non-business days are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

These are estimates based on carrier performance data. They are not guarantees. Delays due to weather, logistics disruptions, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales) may extend these windows.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is sent via email and SMS at dispatch. You can also log into your account at vitelyhydration.com and view real-time order status. If your tracking link is not active within 24 hours of receiving the dispatch email, contact us — it sometimes takes carriers time to scan the first checkpoint.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners typically make two delivery attempts. If both fail due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept, the shipment is returned to us. In this case:
- We will contact you to confirm the correct address
- Re-dispatch is subject to a re-shipping fee of ₹150 for orders returned due to customer-side issues
- If you prefer a refund instead of re-dispatch, the product cost is refunded minus the original shipping cost incurred by us (even though shipping was free to you, we bear the actual carrier cost)
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify an address once the order is dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing the order, email us at support@vitelyhydration.com within 2 hours and we will attempt to intercept it before dispatch — this is not guaranteed.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days, contact us at support@vitelyhydration.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation. Resolution — either a replacement dispatch or full refund — is provided within 7–10 business days of investigation completion.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible external damage to the packaging, photograph it before opening. If the product inside is damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery for transit damage may not be accepted as we cannot distinguish transit damage from post-delivery damage beyond that window.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently not available. All orders require prepayment at checkout.
