Our Promise

If you try Vitely and it's not for you, we'll take it back. No interrogation, no hoops.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The only condition: the device must not be physically damaged by misuse. Normal use marks are fine.


What Qualifies

  • You tried it and didn't see value in it
  • It didn't meet your expectations
  • You changed your mind
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived defective or non-functional

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Return initiated after 30 days from delivery
  • Physical damage caused by dropping, improper use, or tampering
  • Missing components that were present at delivery (box, cable, accessories)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@vitelyhydration.com with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. You don't need to explain yourself — "I didn't like it" is a complete reason.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to us), your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and net banking refunds typically arrive faster than card refunds due to bank processing cycles.


Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears return shipping cost. For defective or wrong-item returns, we arrange and cover pickup.


Exchanges

If your device is defective within 30 days, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund. Just specify your preference when contacting us.


365-Day Replacement

Beyond the 30-day window, manufacturing defects are covered under our 365-day replacement warranty. This covers functional failure under normal use — not physical damage.
