"Post-workout fatigue is genuinely down. My energy feels cleaner — not jittery. I've made this a non-negotiable part of my recovery stack. No going back."
"My dermatologist asked what I started doing differently. Literally nothing changed except I started with Vitely. Skin is visibly clearer within 2 weeks."
"I track HRV and sleep scores daily. Recovery improved measurably in week one. The build quality is medical-grade level — nothing feels cheap about this bottle."
"3 weeks in. Used to crash at 4 PM every single day. Now I'm still sharp at 9 PM. The sipper design means it never leaves my side at work."
"I recommend hydrogen water to clients with chronic fatigue and inflammation. Vitely's 6th gen PEM technology is the best I've found in India. Premium product, premium results."
"Three weeks in and I'm hitting PRs I've been chasing for months. Was skeptical. I'm not anymore. The 1500ml capacity means I get through a full session."

Still have questions →Hydrogen water is regular water with additional dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas infused into it — the same water molecule (H₂O), but with extra H₂ dissolved at therapeutic concentrations. It's not alkaline water, not ionized water, and it doesn't change the pH. The difference is purely the presence of dissolved H₂ molecules, which are too small to detect by taste or smell but are biologically active at the cellular level.
The research is legitimate and extensive. There are over 1,600 peer-reviewed studies on molecular hydrogen spanning 170+ disease models, dating back to a landmark 2007 paper in Nature Medicine by Dr. Ohsawa et al. Major universities in Japan, South Korea, and the US have published clinical trials. It's been studied for athletic recovery, cognitive function, inflammation reduction, and metabolic health. This is not influencer science — it predates the wellness trend by over a decade.
The bottle uses PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis with platinum-coated titanium electrodes. When powered on, it runs an electrical current through the water, splitting H₂O into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen dissolves into the water while oxygen and any trace byproducts are vented out through a separate chamber — so you're only drinking the hydrogen-enriched water, nothing else. A 3–7 minute cycle produces water at 1,500+ ppb H₂ concentration, which is within the therapeutic range used in clinical studies.
H₂ is a gas dissolved in liquid — it begins off-gassing the moment generation stops. At room temperature in an open container, measurable H₂ concentration drops significantly within 30–60 minutes. In a sealed bottle, it can retain therapeutic levels for up to 2 hours. Best practice: generate and drink within 20 minutes for maximum potency. Never pour into a glass and leave it — drink directly from the bottle.
Filtered or purified water is ideal. Tap water works but contains chlorine and dissolved minerals which can leave deposits on the membrane over time. Distilled water should be avoided — it has no electrolyte content and electrolysis requires some mineral conductivity to work efficiently. Bottled mineral water or filtered tap water gives the best H₂ yield and extends membrane life. Do not use flavoured, carbonated, or hot water — these will damage the PEM membrane.
Most clinical studies used 500ml–1,500ml per day as the therapeutic dose range. Start with 1–2 cycles (one full bottle) in the morning and see how your body responds. Athletes and those using it for recovery can go up to 3 cycles daily. There is no established upper limit — H₂ is inert beyond what the body uses and excess is simply exhaled through the lungs. Consistency over weeks matters more than volume on any single day.
Hydrogen gas has a strong safety record — it has been used in deep-sea diving gas mixtures at extremely high concentrations for decades with no toxicity. At the dissolved concentrations produced by electrolysis bottles (1–3 ppm), it is completely safe for daily consumption including for children, elderly, and pregnant women. No adverse side effects have been reported in any clinical trial to date. It does not interact with medications and does not alter blood chemistry.
Fundamentally different mechanisms. Alkaline water changes pH (typically 8.5–9.5) and claims benefits through acid-neutralization, which the body largely negates by the time the water reaches the stomach. Hydrogen water does not change pH — it stays at neutral 7.0. The benefits come from dissolved H₂ molecules penetrating cell membranes and mitochondria directly, which alkaline water cannot do. H₂ water also has a measurably negative ORP (around -600 mV) vs alkaline water's -100 mV — the actual antioxidant capacity is in a different league.
Rinse with clean water after each use. Deep clean weekly by running a cycle with water + a small amount of white vinegar or citric acid solution, then rinse thoroughly. Never use soap, bleach, or any chemical cleaner on the electrolysis chamber — residues coat the platinum membrane and permanently reduce H₂ output. Do not put in a dishwasher. The titanium PEM membrane typically lasts 3–5 years with proper care before any performance degradation.
Some people notice improved energy and mental clarity within the first 3–5 days. Athletic recovery benefits typically appear in 1–2 weeks of consistent use. Skin and inflammation-related improvements are usually reported around the 2–4 week mark. Oxidative stress biomarker improvements measurable in lab tests appear at 4–8 weeks. Results vary based on individual baseline health, hydration habits, and how consistently the bottle is used. The key word is consistency — daily use compounds over time.
